Roseacre Garden Apartment is currently undergoing a luxury makeover. We are however pleased to be taking bookings in our brand new apartment from April 2011.
Roseacre is a unique property built in 1924 on the hill at the edge of the beautiful seaside town of Oban. The apartment has a private decking which enjoys enviable views over the garden, the rooftops of Oban and Oban Bay towards the Islands of Kererra and Mull. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre, bars, restaurants, ferry terminal and train station.
Roseacre Garden Apartment is brand new, fully equipped luxury accommodation that sleeps two people. There is central heating throughout and a heated towel rail in the shower room.
The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opens out through patio doors to a sunny, private decking area. The decking has garden furniture, BBQ and outside lighting.
There is a double bedroom with inbuilt wardrobe, luxury bed linen, TV, Free view and DVD player.
The apartment benefits from off-street parking.
